How I make an acrylic pour painting
Every painting starts with a stretched canvas on a wooden frame. I prepare the surface, mix the paints with a pouring medium and choose a palette that fits the mood of the piece.
Pouring
Colors are layered in a cup and poured onto the canvas, then guided by tilting. Cells appear as the paints of different density interact, and no two paintings turn out the same.
Drying and finishing
The painting dries flat for several days. I paint the edges so no extra frame is needed, and the piece is ready to hang on arrival.
